When I started the account it said: The first name. It didn't state that it had to be filed with my official full first name from my passport. I use an abbreviation of my first name: Jackie instead of Jacqueline. When starting the account, nobody informed me it had to be my full ID name.

After I asked for a payout when my balance was over €6000,- this happened:

I wasn't properly instructed on how to change my abbreviated name into my full name. I asked multiple times, didn't get an answer.
I didn't know where to voice my complaints. When I asked the people of the customer chat, they didn't tell me where to go. I also did not get other contact information about customer support. 

I am not a fraud, I provided all information that was asked. I believe I have the right to claim back the amount that was in my wallet when I asked for a payout.

As already explained, your previous communications with GSlot are irrelevant. Your complaint has now been reviewed by their license holder and the decision to close your account has been reversed.

You are having problems because you are trying to register a new account. That is why their system is telling you that the email address is 'already taken'. At the top right of the GSlot homepage you will see two buttons. A green button saying 'Sign Up' and a grey button saying 'Login'. You need to click the Login button. If you cannot remember your password, you need to click the 'Forgot Your Password?' link to reset it.

We are only a dispute resolution service. We have no access to or experience with any particular operators banking systems. 

You simply need to place a withdrawal to an available payment method and wait for your funds to be transferred.

I played in the casino Gslot and won there , I won 6500 euros. I only had contact with the chat people but they couldn't help me any further. They deleted my account and I had nowhere to go. I turned on AVROTROS scams and these people helped me find you. I would love to get my money back because this is not the intention of a casino!!
