Intercasino asked me for an alternative ID like a driving licence, but I don't have one. I've already sent them my passport and a photo of me holding my passport, can you ask them to pay me?

I can discuss with Intercasino what the problem is, but frankly no casino will drop legitimate KYC requests at our request and we wouldn't ask them to do so. This is a necessary anti-fraud precaution required by Intercasino's regulator.
If you provide me with the username and email address you use at Intercasino I'll contact them and see what I can find out. It would also be useful if you could forward the emails you've sent to Intercasino containing your ID to [email protected] so I can review and see if there's an obvious problem.
