Player's Complaint
Dear ThePogg,
I was earlier a client at several casinos under MountBerg B.V. I stated multiple times on ViggoSlots to get my account self excluded due to gambling addiction and also not be able to open up any accounts under the same license. I could even though open up an account on Jack21 and make deposits for 700 euros.
This shouldn’t be possible if they took Responsible Gambling serious.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with a weakly licensed/unlicensed property. These operators function without appropriate licensing specifically so they do not have to adhere to the standards set out by regulatory authorities surrounding the protection of vulnerable players. As such, the chances of them deciding to take appropriate action in a case like this simply because we asked them to is vanishingly small.
With specific regard to Curacao, the Master License holders in this jurisdiction place no requirement on their licensees to carry over self-exclusions to other properties owned by the same company.
