Player's Complaint

I deposited 100 euro in magical spins on the 9th of March 2021 I verified my account after 12 days then was told to withdraw my winnings wouldn't work for 3 days then finally they helped me withdraw 250o euros but it was pending then the next day 24/03/2021 they canceled the withdrawal and said I had broke terms and conditions on the 09/03/2021 by playing over 7.50 euros a spin when I had a bonus from when I deposited how am I supposed to no this when playing casino if the website let's you up your stake then its the website that's at fault for not updating its hardware I spoke to a customer service agent called [EDIT] and he said they can't stop you playing higher stakes because the website git no way to stop you as in blocking it well how do I lose my winnings when its the website at fault I have screen shots of winnings and talking to David of customer service.they also removed my winningsand put my deposit back in the account .I was just playing casino like anyone else and getting punished through a flaw they have in place witch should be removed if you can up stakes on the website people are going to if winning please help me get my winnings as I have done nothing wrong
