Hi I have an inquiry about the verification and withdrawal process I have an account with Maneki Casino I use some prepaid vanilla Mastercards for deposit method and this is five or six months prior to the situation at hand

so my birthday I got 25 free spins i made it up to or forty five hundred and I tried to withdrawal from that then they said my account has be verified but I have all of my documents already verified my phone number verified but I guess its the deposit methods that i used prior to theses spins just wanted to stress that these prepaid vanilla master cards are disposable

i took a look at my deposit historey at maneki casino the pre paid cards show as credit cards these cards they are not link to my name they are not registered under my name there bought from store

thrown away after uses unless reloadable so I didnt think I would need to submit them as deposit methids especially seeing the spins i played and what i won from them wasnt from a deposit from any of these cards upon withdrawl account verification was needed and these pre paid vanilla mastercards i used six months prior to my birthday spins

were needed as documents of deposit methid nit relating to the balance being withdrawed again I just wanted to clarify that these cards are not related to my name to my bank they are not a personal credit card they were prepaid card not only that I come up with two of them but they had requested but they are still like four of them that they want I just want to add a few cuz if you into this for me and be greatly appreciated I have deposited also for my bank which is under my name obviously made a deposit like through my bank also it has taken me this long to deal with this because I was sick at the time hospitalized and I was not able to pursue anything except for getting better with my house so if you could look into this and be appreciated thank you
