Player's Complaint

I made 2 deposits through deposit and play. Site kicked me out so tried again. Moneys left from my bank account but never showed up in my account. Custome service says they see them so asked them to retransfer them back ti my bank acc. They didnt do it and said there is technical issue in my acc so I need to wait 24 hours and then do withdrawal myself. Well, in other sites if similar has happened the moneys were tranfered back rightaway so this feels scam and really bad feelings from the casino. I wish to get my moneys back immediatly.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
