I tried to cashout on 21st of August and they have sent me an e-mail to verify my account. i have sent everything to them and they verified my account on the same day, but i still cant withdraw. i did not use any bonus. they keep saying that the finance department needs more time. yesterday they send me again an e-mail to send them my proof of funds and proof of wealth and i have sent it immediately. now they saying again that the financial department needs more time. is it normal to verify an account 10 days? i have many emails and screenshots i can send you as proof.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
