Mobil6000 - not accepting my withdrawal request

Player's Complaint

I made a deposit of 100 EUR and ended up winning and made the withdrawal request of 659 EUR. I have sent all required documents so my account is verified but I still haven´t received my money. I have sent multiple e-mails to them but haven´t got any answer and in live chat they just tell that there´s some sort of delay for unknown reason. Now it seems that the whole site is closing down and I´m really worried about getting my withdrawal accepted since there´s nobody in live chat anymore and they don´t answer to my e-mails. I can send screenshots that shows that my account is verified and that my withdrawal request has been pending since 28.08.2019.
