Player's Complaint

I played few times on this website but little amount, I decided to close my account on July because I have gambling problems. No reply after my email.

But the real issue is that this month after depositing 50€, Ive won 100e and they declined my withdrawal saying that you cant place a bet of more than 30% of your deposit, I checked on their terms and conditions and it says that you have to play at least 30% of your deposit before requesting a withdrawal.

So its just a excuse to not pay me.

50€ my deposit was refunded, I played and went up to 350€ 7.09.19, requested a withdrawal and after 5 days they declined , blocked my account, when I go to the chat they dont know why, or they are rude.

I just want my money back and stop playing.

Could you please do something?

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do for you in this instance.

As a UK resident you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. NordiCasino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Moving on to the specifics of your claim - the NordiCasino terms do include a clear term prohibiting betting more than 30% of your last deposit on a single round of play. To our knowledge this term would not be considered valid under EU consumer law, but having discussed this issue with this group of operators several times we know they will not change their position in enforcing it.

Finally with regard to account closure requests - unless you have explicitly informed the operator of the reason for the closure (i.e. gambling addiction) the operator would not be expected to treat this as a responsible gambling issue.
