Player's Complaint
I won 16.7.2022 a total sum of 16150 eur on Omni Slots. I got my account fully verified and they paid me 5000 eur. After that I asked another withdrawal (this casino process only 5000 eur per day, that's why I didn't ask for the whole amount initially) and it has been "in pending" status for a week now. Their live chat don't have information why my withdrawal is not processed yet. I have total of 11150 eur of my money in this casino and they are clearly stalling to process the remaining withdrawals

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
