Player's Complaint

I have a serious complaint regarding Oshi.io casino. I started playing there a couple of months ago after they received some great reviews. I finally managed to get a nice score after being down a couple of thousand.

Made two small withdrawals before winning big and they processed them in no more then 24 hours. I needed to upload some documents for this withdrawal and after I did they were almost instantly approved. A day later they asked for an extra picture of me holding my passport and that was also approved within a few hours.

A couple of days went by and I started wondering why I had not received any funds yet. I asked their live support and they told me to come back in an hour and they would process it. Only for me to come back an hour later and finding their support was suddenly offline. So the next day I checked again and he told me that management was considering my withdrawal. When I asked them what they could be considering I was told that it took a while longer because it was a larger amount and I should be expecting it the next week since it was Friday and they didn't process anything in the weekends.

But instead of getting any funds payed out I got an e-mail from them the next Monday asking me to make the same picture of me holding my passport but now with me holding a sign saying 'Hi,Oshi'. No problem of course if that's what would make them finally process it. But then the next day I got an e-mail saying that all of a sudden my winnings were confiscated. They told me it was because one or more of the following breaches of their casino rules:

-participating in any type of collusion with other players

-providing incorrect registration data

-development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings

-fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers

- creating two or more accounts

- other types of cheating

I am absolutely flabbergasted by these accusations as they are totally not true. I am a highly respected player in a lot of casinos and have never been accused of any similar claims. I've read some other complaints on the site and it seems that I am not the only one being accused of this and it shows to me their casino group has a lot of serious issues and are trying to compensate for it by withholding funds. If needed I can refute all of these accusations and show that they are totally wrong in this matter.

Just to underline my innocence. They accuse me of being a cheater or to have colluded in some way but they keep sending me promotional e-mails and I can still access and deposit in to my account. Seems a bit strange to me that if the accusations they are making are true they would still allow me to even play there. It's like they will gladly accept your deposits but when making a withdrawal your funds are being confiscated based on false claims.

Via this platform I expect them to provide license provider with some detailed proof so I can show that they are in the wrong and are confiscating the funds based on false claims.

My final word about this casino there is that they have good customer service and are willing to help.

I think it was a mistake from the former manager not to pay he had a disbelieve in some stuff from the rest of the casino community.
