I opened an account and having played through wagering on the no deposit free spins, I requested a withdrawal, the following day my account had been suspended and the withdrawal funds put back into my main balance.
I received an email requesting verification documents, I sent them all the documentation and on the third day of waiting I contacted them via chat and explained how the new regulation was to verify before been allowed to deposit or bet to which he agreed and state it was due to me reaching a certain threshold and not because I requested a withdrawal.
The following day I received the following email:
Account Status Update.
Response By Email ([EDIT] CS) (14/06/2019 05.42 PM)
We are sorry to inform you that your account with Paddy Power has been closed. This decision has been made by our Security Department based on business grounds.
Paddy Power would like to thank you for your custom and wish you every success in the future.
I have no idea what business grounds are or how they may relate to me.
Obviously there is no mention of the funds I had in the Account of which I presume to be the rightful owner.
