Found for the Casino - It would be highly unusual for an online gambling operator to allow you to open more than one account. If your accounts are registered under different details exclusions will not carry over.
Read our Paddy Power Casino Review.
I had multiple accounts with paddy power, [EDIT] and [EDIT] which were both excluded, I recently unlocked [EDIT] and gambled, should they have allowed me to do that when the other account is self excluded?
Should I make them aware that I was allowed to gamble with two accounts? Should they refund me the deposits?
Hi kershdog,
You can and should make them aware of both accounts and see what they have to say. But the truth is that if the information used to register these accounts was significantly different you would likely not be entitled to a refund.
Thanks,

Hi kershdog,
Have you spoken to Paddy Power? If so what was their response?
Thanks,

Hi kershdog,
I'm following-up on the above?
Thanks,

Hi kershdog,
If we haven't heard from you by Friday the 24th of August I'll assume that your accounts were registered under differing details and close this complaint.
Thanks,
ThePOGG

Hi kershdog - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Having more than one account is prohibited under any circumstances. If you have two it means that the operator is not aware that both accounts are being run by the same person and as such the self-exclusion at one would not automatically have been carried over to the other.
Thanks,
