Player's Complaint
After having a paddypower account for around five years i was playing a slot when it crashed in the bonus round, i contacted them about this at which point my account was suddenly closed for "verification pourposes" i sent in a driving licence, bank statement etc and was told i needed to provide a picture of all the cards linked to the account, i provided the picture for one card but cannot provide it for the other two as i no longer use those banks so don't have the card or a way to get a letter stating proof of ownership. there is currently around £3 in the account(not a lot i kno!) but they wont return those funds or reopen the account
