Paradise - Allowed reopen my account under self exclusion from sister website

Hi self excluded from n1 casino as have gambling problem they let me reopen my account with there sister website paradise casino which was currently self excluded also I have contacted customer service and they won't refund me money and wernt very helpful on gambling advice and support asked them few times and they ignored me until finally sending me a link and attudte toward customer was not profisonal as if don't feel so bad as it is ?

I had active self exclusion with n1 casino and paradise casino I was allowed too open my account with paradise casino and gamble which shouldn't been allowed

I had self exclusion with paradise was allowed reopen my account while already under self exclusion through n1 casino sister site under same mga licence

Hi Coyle232,

I'm afraid you still need to clarify this. If you had an active self-exclusion with Paradise Casino specifically, why are you raising the self-exclusion with N1 Casino? The self-exclusion at Paradise is clearly going to be the more important factor here.

I also need to be clear that self-exclusions under the MGA license do not carry over to other properties on the license unless you have specifically requested this happen.
