Player's Complaint


I played this casino called Paradise casino at 13.5.2022. I won 5249,09€ and tried to withdraw my funds. Next day my casino account was closed by casino and I tried to figure out whats wrong. I've been trying to verify my account on Paradise casino last month but they are not able to verify my account. I've sent all the documents they asked for and they approved all. Last task was skype verification. You need to know that I don't have the best english and they didn't accept that. They said I didnt pass the skype verification and I asked that could we do another verification with translator with no respond. I didnt get any kind of respond what were wrong. Now they want to refund my deposit but I want my winnings.
