Thank you for your reply, much appreciated.
Surely I will give them time and wait till they process the withdrawal. Yes, they have a maximum time frame to process any withdrawal. I am not pushing them to speed up the withdrawal, I merely wanted to know why it took longer than usual because I never had to wait as long as right now. I know plenty of casinos using excuses to delay payments hoping for players to cancel their withdrawal and eventually lose which is actually a bit harder to cancel withdrawals at their casino (kudos for them for this).  I firstly thought maybe there is some miscommunication from their side but after chatting with one of their live chat agents, I came to conclusion, they are just delaying my withdrawal. Anyway, let's hope this will not required a long time.

I contacted live chat again yesterday. I was told the exact words/senteces, even the emoji. I think they are working with one click response option there but anyway, the withdrawal was sent, so I was told and I was told that it is now on the side of my bank to process it which is hard to believe since I had multiple withdrawals processed in night time. Today I contacted live chat again and I got the exact answer two times prior. This time I requested the live chat agent to get contact with the financial dept to double check this issue. Within an hour my withdrawal was canceled. So, first they told me it was sent and my bank has to process it and the next thing they canceled my withdrawal without any clarification or whatsoever. Surely I asked them what the reason was and, they don't know. I simply need to request another withdrawal they said. So I did and awaiting for the next bump (so hope not).

I have contacted the casino in the past couple of days. They said the same thing over and over again, they said they approved the withdrawal and it is now on the bank side for them to process which is in my opinion not true. When a withdrawal is approved I normally get an email from the casino about it which I never received. Yesterday when I contacted live chat, they requested a document and I uploaded it to my account. They need to check it and I waited. Today I received an email from them saying that my withdrawal is canceled. This is the exact words from the casino : Your cashout of 200 EUR has been canceled.
Reason:
Please, order new withdrawal. The previous one wasn't formed on provider's side.

So I requested a new withdrawal soon after and I have the feeling it will take another 10 business day for them to check and probably cancel it again. I did everything they asked me to.

I apologize for the long story, I just want to explain what is going on.
If a withdrawal is approved, it is not possible to cancel and that is also what they said to me and yet, they were able to cancel it. It does not make any sense what is happening.

Sadly I cannot confirm this because they still having issue with the payment (so they say). I have contacted them a few times in the last couple of days and they still saying the same thing over and over again that I need to wait and wait. They do not know when it will be solved. The withdrawal is still pending in my account. So they have given you a wrong info.
I recieved an email from them this morning, saying that they are doing their best to fix this issue.

To be honest, I have never ever in my entire life had any issue going this long with an MGA licensed casino. This is terrible. In my opinion, this casino just does not care less about their customers. They just keep telling me to be patience and wait for a whole month now. They won't contact the casino manager or the payment department. It is hard to believe them when they told you this. To me, what they are saying is to shut my mouth and you get it when it's ready. To be honest, this is just stalling, I know how online banking works and when an error made, you will see it instantly. What a terrible customer service.

Sadly enough they still have not processed my withdrawal. I have contacted them today and they still saying the same thing again.

I received an email from the casino that my withdrawal was cancelled again and soon after I received another email requesting my bank info for manual refund.
As for today I am not able to login to my casino account, I do not know what is happening and they have not responded to my email yet.

Both the submitting complainant and Praise Casino have informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.<

I played at praisecasino.com for a while now. Made several withdrawals without any issues. Yesterday i requested a withdrawal and it was declined, they requested a document and i submitted the document minutes after they requested it. Then the document was not approved due info missing, which is incorrect, all the info the asked for is visible in the document and i notified them about it, contacted live chat and they confirmed, it was all good. That was yesterday and normally they process withdrawals within a few hours but today the withdrawal is still pending, so i contacted them just now and they said it was already sent and now it is on the bank side and it could take up to 10 business days to reach my bank. Pending means waiting and something waiting is not already sent. When a withdrawal is sent, i get an email about it and it gives me a note how long it could take to reach my bank and i have not recieved this email from the casino. Normally i would wait and give them time before filing a complaint but i get the feeling they lied to me and give me a runaround. This is not my first withdrawal from this casino brand/group. When it sent, it should not say pending, and lighting fast withdrawals stated on their website, 10 business days is not lightning fast. I do not mind to wait but i do not like to be lied to and that is a red flag to me.
