Rabona - Refund

Player's Complaint

Hello I’m self excluded from rabona a rabidi nv casino but was recently following a relapse able to open a playzilla account ( the same rabidi nv casino as rabona) there was no kyc requirement despite 17500 e deposit which was lost. I complained to playzilla support who sent back an e mail looking for iban details for manual withdrawal. This was a few weeks ago and the site hasn’t replied and is now unresponsive to my e mails

Can you contact them on my behalf to progress things ? I realise the casino in question holds I think a curaçao license.

Hi stohara - welcome back.

Firstly, Rabona are Curacao licensed. There is no requirement under the Curacao licensing system for operators to carry over self-exclusions to other properties on the license. If the operator has agreed to a refund, that is beyond what they technically are required to do.

We'll contact the operator to discuss the matter, but if they've changed their mind about the refund there will be nothing we can do about this matter.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
