Red Flush - non payment of 2,000$


Resolved - The player has received all funds from Red Flush. The delay was caused due to the requested withdrawal being to a payment method that they had not previously made a deposit with.

Player's Complaint

Hi, I won 2 amounts on July the 5th on the REDFLUSH casino site. One of 900$ and one of 1,100$.

I asked to be paid via my VISA card.

A few days later ,REDFLUSH wrote me , telling me that this particular card doesn't accept payments from gambling purposes and that I should change my withdrawl method. That's what I did, I changed to Ecopays. BUT, after more than a month I still didn't get paid.

They came back to me on (July the 28th) telling me that both payments were made on the 15th and 16th of July to my VISA card, when on July the 18th they told me that they DID NOT accept withdrawals via VISA.

They later asked me for my VISA account for proof of transactions and I obliged.

I sent them a lot of e-mails and got no answers from them.

P.S notice that I still played on their site and won 2 other amounts of which I was paid on my Ecopays. One is for 1,250$ and the other for 250$.

I've been in contact with Red Flush this morning who assure me that you are going to get paid. I think this has just been a mix up.

I'll get back to you when I have more information on when you should expect payment.

puce333 has confirmed receipt of the missing $2000.

This has been a little bit of a complicated issue but I'll explain what I can to you.

Initially the delay was down to the fact that you hadn't deposited funds to the casino using your card in the last 6 months. As a standard anti-ID theft policy Red Flush needed to re-verify the card. That delayed this a couple of days. After this, Red Flush twice tried to send the payment to your bank only to have it returned by your bank a couple of days later saying that they would accept payments from the gaming industry.

I am very please to see that as soon as this issue was brought to the attention of the right people that it was resolved and payment sent within hour! Well done Red Flush!
