I've been away a few weeks dealing with a personal issue  but have returned  to normal  days and I only now revisited this issue.I see rules for the player and am pleased to see some acknowledgement  of this  deplorable  practice. Could you please tell me having ruled how I now go about getting my legitimate winnings.

Do you not ratify and blacklist casinos or something of that nature on your site as a result. BEcause if you found for the player it's a bit strange to me that there's no repercussions for the casino who clearly practice dodgy underhand policies like keeping winning s as nd when they feel.like it. AND  also no actual  recourse for myself the player....so all in all it's all absolutely pointless and it will continue to operate malpractice and others will have thier winning s taken in future as a result,  because there's  no punishment  for the casino and no reason to stop doing it. They dont get any blacklisting or warning or bad review nothing.May I ask why you cannot get in contact with them or the licensor or the holding company or management.? How is it they just dont respond and there's no repercussions.I won that money fair and square and deposited several hundred euros  over the previous months  which I lost and there were a few deposits made mot a little quite a bit.THEY knew they were never going to pay me  when.i finally did have  a win yet they sat back for months without  any issues  and watched me deposit relentlessly every day I owing this....its absolutely disgusting and should be [EDIT]...but these guys get away with it over and over without  a y effect on thier operation free  to do it again.WILL YOU CONTINUE TO  TRY GET IN TOUCH OR IS THIS IT?

The operator will be moved to Not Recommended status once our admin team have had time to work through to this issue. And this report is now in the public domain.

As to why we can't contact the operator: as detailed above, because they are not responding to our contacts. If you choose to play with an unlicensed or weakly licensed operator as you have done, it is largely up to the good will of the operator when it comes to whether or not they will respond to complaints. In this instance Red Star have not and no, we will not continue investing further resources into trying to contact an operator who have had plenty opportunities to respond and who have clearly chosen not to do so. That would not be a good use of time and would simply take attention away from other player issues where we can legitimately do something to help.

This operator redstar claimed that South africans were not allowed to play on their site and if you read the terms and conditions point 33: it basically says that until a persons identity has been verified and all KYC checks are in order ,they will not be allowed  to play.So despite even their kokamamy nonsense story about multi accounting being false and created as an excuse  not to payout,  this then should be more than enough to have, at least at bare minimum,my deposits over the months since I registered, RETURNED. It's only fair that if players  must follow and abide by their terms and conditions  then so should the casino, and clearly this is a major breach of those terms by Redstar themselves  THe current message is they ( casinos)can do what they like and then cite any number of t and c s to deliberately  put us,players ,in breach by force ...so as to not have to payout.its wrong on many levels and should be illegal.SO without even putting in a claim  for the 500 euros  winnings that they refuse  to pay they should at least be made to return every single deposit as they knew which country I was from and they claim not to allow  play until accounts are verified, which would mean that if they  allowed me to play and deposit for months then I must have been verified or how come I m playing,  which means if I'm verified  then there's no excuse not to pay me out and therefore my account cannot be a multi account.The point here is that any way you look at it Redstar are at fault for non payment.either for my legitimate  winnings or my deposits.If they want their multi accounting  excuse to hold up then they broke thier  own t and cs and must return all  my  deposits because I played and deposited for months and they knew it and they claimed to only allow verified accounts to play on the site..they cannot have it both ways.I FIND this situation extremely disturbing and blatantly obvious how redstar deliberately play both sides of the fence when they don't want to payout, which  is common practice for them, and its actually very unsettling that being so obvious ,still not a single thing is done to change it or make it right, that this casino gets away with this gross violation of a person's dignity and is allowed to continue to operate unabated and unpunished  and I,  the player, is exhausted  from seeking solution at every possible corner, depleted every resource only to be left reeling and bent over with no resolve, no refund no winnings and all deposits still lost, or stolen rather...and found that  not a single sole ,institution,regulator or 3rd party can help ,some even unwilling to help, in any way to ensure justice prevails in this case It's disturbing  to the core and  begs the question how many others and billions are being plundered by the likes of REDSTAR THE ROGUES and other casinos,  and nothings getting done about it at all. ITS SOUL DESTROYING TO SAY THE LEAST.It puts the integrity of the entire industry's  foundation in question....it only takes one lie to question all truths....please help!

Despite our repeated efforts to contact Redstar Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Redstar accepted my account on registration and took 300 euro in deposits over weeks of play only to deny me the first withraw I make of 550 euros claiming the account is a dual account which it is not if it is it the other account that is fraudulent I have documentation to prove my identity they wont even let me try and they had no problem taking deposit after deposit with no quibbles until I won and tried to withdraw. Then only did they come out and say all there false claims and deny my withraw and closed the account. I see they are not allowed south African players so they should be liable to pay back every deposit made. I have more detailed info on need be.
