Player's Complaint
1.The netent games open but I can't get sound on and they look slightly different from net end games on other sites
2. When you click on their responsible gambling link it won't open
3. I have emailed them to close my account and no response
4. I did not check any of the boxes when signing up to receive promo emails and I keep getting them
5. Their on line chat comes up in the wrong language and they can't help and send me to email their customer services and no response.
I only played €100 but am concerned after reading reviews they might be a scam and I don't want them holding my details. The €100 back would be nice too but I just want them to close the account and remove my details

Hi Ldarrant - welcome back!
Unfortunately there's not going to be anything we can do to help you in this instance.
To address your various points:
- Reeltastic are part of an extended group that has previously offered non-genuine NetEnt games. Since this was identified NetEnt have confirmed that the games provided by this group are now genuine.
- The Responsible Gambling link opens fine for us, but regardless unless this complaint was related directly to a Responsible Gambling issue this would not be a factor.
- If you genuinely believe you should not be receiving promotional mails then you need to contact the ICO if you live in Northern Ireland or the relevant equivalent body in the Republic of Ireland. We are not an appropriate body to make a ruling on data use.
- Unless there is some clear reason that you feel the gambling experience you received was compromised we would not request a refund based solely on what you've posted.
- No operator will remove your details after you have registered with them. Under the GDPR they have the legal basis Legitimate Interest to retain your information once you have registered to ensure that you do not re-register and claim welcome bonuses more than once.
Sorry we could not be of further help,
