Rizk – Identification process taking too long


Resolved - Both the submitting complainant and Rizk Casino have informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

Player's Complaint

Identification process has taken 6 weeeks and withdrawals are pending. I've been locked out of the system so i don't know exact balance, locking out of playing would be fine, but that's not.

Bank identification has been done and sending drivers license pictures along with phone contracts is just outdated. All requested material has been provided. Bank statements etc.

Rizk support is unable to tell any real progress updates about the process.
