Played on Rubyfortune my welcome bonuses. On the first withdrawal try, I requested withdrawal on the 31th of March, 4273,08€. On April 1st, I have sent necessary documents to the company. Regarding the documents, I have not received an answer till this day from them even though they sent an automated email in where it says that they will send feedback in 48-72 hours.
I asked from their live chat that why nobody answers me to which they answered that you need to send those documents to the email they provided. Did that accordingly but still did not receive any kind of answer from them..
