Samosa Casino - Withdrawal is not paid

Player's Complaint

Dear Sir/Madam,

I played at Samosa Casino and won 1500 euro. I was happy and wanted to withdrawal my winnings.

But they won't pay my withdrawal and my request is rejected 10 times.

I also played at other N1 casino sites before and never had a problem with my withdrawal(s).

For my withdrawal at Samosa I uploaded my ID, Proof of Address and a selfie. But this was not enough for them. I was confused, this is a casino with a license, why would they need more personal data?

After chatting with support I needed to send a selfie with my ID. After my selfie it was still not enough, I did send proof of my deposits. After this is was still not enough and I send my salary payments. But it is still not enough, now they want to see all my personal bank statements, with al my private payments for the last 6 months and also 6 months salary slips. For me it is enough, I did send many documents to proof my Identity.

At this point, I did upload:

* my ID

* Proof of Address

* Selfie

* Selfie with ID

* Bankstatement

* Proof of deposits

* Proof of salary.

I would like help with my withdrawal because they refuse to pay :-( I am also worried about all the personal data I have to share at this point. I don't think they are allowed to ask this.

Hello, I did provide my banking details with payment of my salary over the last 6 months, I also uploaded several salary slips. I also uploaded detailed banking information of my account over the last 6 months.

Still they wont pay my withdrawal... There is nothing left to share anymore.
