Player's Complaint

Casino allowed me to deposit €320 using visa debit card. Account was verified. Decided to withdraw €150 - casino tells me I must use an international bank transfer but the minimum allowed is €200. This cant be right ? I have used other casinos on the NI platform and never had problems withdrawing. The live chat person even suggested that I play more and make enough to get to the €200 minimum withdrawal. This is not right. Can you help?
