Unfortunately there's not going to be anything we can do to help you in this case.

Where you accept a bonus you are agreeing to the terms and conditions associated with that bonus. Where you don't adhere to these rules the operator are entirely within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions.

While I understand your point of view, there are currently no license requirements in place with any regulator that require these limits to be enforced automatically, and far from being simple, as most operators buy in their software from multiple different sources putting together restrictions that can integrate with all of these platforms is not simple.

With regard to the funds won after you completed the wagering requirements - unfortunately the wagers that generated these funds have been placed with funds that are void. As such these wagers would also be considered void.

 This complaint is about Scandibet.com, a company operating under the Bethard license. Bethard manages the website and even answers in their name on some of the emails, so I hope I can submit the complaint here. Because Scandibet was not listed in your casino list, but Bethard was.
 
 Something horrible happened to me at Scandibet. I was betting there for a couple of months and was on a bad run and lost over 10K. All fair up until that point. Then, on February 25th I logged in and had zero funds and wanted to deposit. I was offered a bonus in the cashier and I spontaneously decide to take it. I deposited 300 euro and received 150 euro bonus. There were some strict rules attached to it, and I did not realize that. I'm sure many more customers don't always read the small rules for bonuses, so this is human. However, I do admit, it was not smart of me not to read them. Apparently the max stake per bet was 150 euro for this bonus, and the rollover was 4 times dep+bonus. As I said, I did not realize those rules at that point and I placed my first bet with 450 euro. It won. Then after that I did not bet for 4 days in a row.
 
 This should have given Scandibet all the time to either warn me that I was not following the bonus rules, or in a more harsh case even confiscate my funds and return to me only 300 euro. However, nothing happened.
 
 Then, on March 1st and 2nd I placed some more bets and my balance grew to 2771 euro and after those had been settled I saw that my bonus was fulfilled and it was not active anymore in my account.. It showed as "finished" so at that point all money was cash and not bonus funds anymore..
 
 Then, in the next couple days I placed some more bets (all on NBA) and won a lot of money and at the final point my balance was 16,492 euros. Those bets were all placed with real money, and had nothing to do with the bonus anymore.
 
 But then, to my horror on March 5th I logged in to my account and instead of the 16,492 euro I had on there, there was only 300 euro left and I saw in my account that 16192 euros had been confiscated. I then sent several emails and had a livechat, trying to convince them that what they had done was unethical, but they clearly only care about making as much money as possible and did not want to give me back even 1 cent of my winnings.
 
 I am still in shock that they could do this to me. In my opinion they should have something in their system that makes bets higher than 150 euro when a bonus is active impossible, that way people cannot get into a situation like this. Technically this should not be that hard to set up for them. But if not that, then at least they should have either warned me after my first bet with a too high stake, or in the worst case confiscate the winnings from that bet. Then it was still fair in a certain way. But now they waited until I won a lot, and confiscated everything, even the parts that were placed with real money.
 
 If you agree with me that not all of my winnings should be confiscated, I would like you to talk to Scandibet on my behalf, and hopefully they are open for reasoning.
 
 I have the following solution in my mind:
 
 They can confiscate the winnings made from the first 4 bets, which are the ones placed when the bonus was still active. The bets placed after the bonus was already "finished" and not active anymore have no grounds to be void. So Scandibet can take away the bonus amount and void the winnings of the first 4 bets (3 won and 1 lost) which equals to 2471 euro. But they should pay out the rest of the money since they were placed when no bonus was active and therefore should have nothing to do with this whole dispute.
 
 Or else this other solution:
 Since my deposit was 300 euro and the bonus 150, the ratio of real money and bonus money is 2:1. So it's reasonable to count all bets placed with 2/3 part of real money and 1/3 part of bonus money. So then they can confiscate 33% of the winnings and let me keep 66%.
 
 I hope you can help me because I feel horrible now!
