I have recently been trying to reopen my account at Sky City Casino. This was automatically excluded upon opening years ago due to sharing a license with another casino that had an exclusion placed on it. That casino is now closed and no longer exists, this they no longer share a licence. I did not request an exclusion at Sky City Casino, and I find having being refused access to my account based on the actions of a casino that no longer exists unfair. I simply would like to reopen my account and play there as they are my local casino and the only one that's New Zealand owned.
