Resolved - Slot Hunter Casino have informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

Player's Complaint

This casino [EDIT], claiming that there was a technical mistake in the games. My balance was just reset.

It was the 21th of September 2020. I won the money 50021 Rubles and they are just stole it. I don't agree with this decision.
