Player's Complaint

Dear Sir or Madam, I contacted the MGA about a casino incident and they put me through to you. It's about 24,000 euros, I played dog house on November 25, 2020 and apparently took part in a tournament voluntarily, but that was not in my interest. I have never participated in different tournaments, the only bonus I take advantage of is the deposit bonus and with the bonus conditions because I have also played with bonuses in other casinos. You can also see from my game history that I don't have a bonus at 09:01 am and 2 minutes later at 09:03 am, the bonus was added and I was playing on a 10 euro stake the whole time. So why should I take part in a tournament with a stake of 50 cents and a maximum profit of 500 euros? I wanted to withdraw 24,000 euros, which was rejected by the casino (Slothunter) because I took part in a tournament (which was not clear to me until then) and the casino refuses to withdraw the money because I did not observe the wagering requirements. I only accept bonuses for depositing and I haven't had any ongoing bonuses in my profile under Bonus. I was also not advised by the casino that I was breaking the rules in any way. After further email correspondence, I was simply executed on the fact that it was a tournament bonus, apparently when you open the game you can only confirm the tournament because there is no way to close the window and I just wanted to Play Dog House only, with no bonus and no tournament. The main prize in the tournament is 500 euros, which is a lot of money, but since I used stakes of 10-50 euros, that was not a lot of money for me at the time and it was also not relevant to participate. Also, I hardly ever play for 50 cents, you can also check, so a tournament doesn't make sense to me! I wanted the big money, I also achieved 24,000 euros with the money. Unfortunately, because I didn't pay attention to the bonus conditions of the tournament (which is still unclear to me), I was sent an overview of my game history by email, as you can see that my first spin immediately follows 10 euros ! That means, I did not confirm the tournament and played directly for 10 euros, otherwise I would have followed the bonus conditions. If I had played on the specified stake and then increased the stakes, I would understand that from the casino too, but neither! As you can see from my game history, I wagered 10 euros directly, actually I only played a minimum of 10 euros to 50 euros. And since the 500 euro main prize from the tournament was paid out to me, the casino broke its own rules, on one line I did not get the 24,000 euro paid out because I did not respect the bonus conditions, but the 500 euro anyway? Have you not even broken your own bonus rules? I think they were just looking for a reason not to pay me the money. I sacrificed a lot of time for it and never volunteered to participate in a tournament. My next point is the game Majestic Slot, I also played the game on November 25th, 2020 at 10:34 pm and won 10,000 euros in the free spins, a screenshot is available because I was very happy about the win. In total, a few minutes later I had over 20,000 euros in my account. When I wanted to change the game shortly afterwards, I clicked on the house symbol to get to the casino menu. There was an error message and I had to log in again, which has happened many times before. When I signed up again, I had just under 2,500 euros in my account and almost 17,500 euros have simply disappeared. According to chat, I played another game that day and time, Bonanza. I have never seen the incidents that happened to me in the casino and they are about 41,500 euros, which is a lot of money. Maybe you can find a solution together.
