Hi i played here for the first time.i deposit60 euro and got a bonus of 60 euro. I had to wager the bonus 50 times. In the terms say that max 5 euro bet while wagering. I played and i played bit i also played a couple of hands blackjack with more bets. Now they say i violated the bonus terms. Where does it specificly say that its not allowed to bet over 5 euro and when you do that the casino will take all your winnings? This is ridiculous. From the moment that i requested a withdrawal they started searching for a reason so that they could cancel the withdrawal and take all my wininngs. I completed the wagering and the only reason for taking all my winnings is that i played some bigger hands with blavkjack. This really is unbelievable. I spoke with the support of this casino for hours and asked them just to make a screenshot of the part in the terms that say its not allowed to place bets over 5 euro and when you do that the casino takes all your winnings. I asked them 20 times to send me that section. When i asked that to them they send me something else a couple of times or they leave the chat. I want my wininngs and i want this casino to be banned. This really is unbelievable. Because of them i dont trust any online casino anymore. I believe that they stole my money and i wanna go the police. They owe me almost 700 euro but because of the way they handeled my chase i want 15000 euro. Or i will go the police.
