Slothunter - max bet breach

Player's Complaint

I was playing a casino deposit bonus at Slothunter and in their rules they have a max bet limit of 5€.

I was playing Reel Rush and accidentally played one spin with a 15€ bet because I clicked max bet and spin while I was supposed to click auto spin as the buttons were near to each other. I didn't win anything with that spin and now Slothunter refuses to pay me 1516,50€ because of that one accidental spin from which I didn't even win anything. Otherwise I played according to their rules except for that spin. It doesn't sound fair that for one accidental click they could deny my withdrawal.

Sadly, if you have breached the maximum bet term, the operator are within their legal right to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contact conditions. We can ask for management review of the issue to see if they are prepared to reconsider, but we cannot force action in this situation.
