Slotocash - Declined payout

Found for the Casino - This player has exceeded the maximum allowed bet term while playing with a bonus. As such there is nothing we can do to help them.

Read our Slotocash Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

My payout was declined. Casino claims I violated max bet rule. Game in question... Caribbean Poker ...

1. Internet connectivity was poor. I selected Achilles, however this game (Carribean poker) came up.) This is the only time I have seen game available with deposit match.

2 I played a short time.

Five dollar minimum bet. As you know, poker involves more than one bet before you win. The casino is counting the total bet of a hand and saying I violated max bet rule. This is highly unfair. I feel this was sabotage/entrapment and not a fair gaming practice.

3. Why was this game even available for play? It is not suitable for max bet rule.

4. I do not violate max bet. I do not bet that much, not comfortable with that amount

5. As I explain situation, it appears that my concerns are not being considered.

They repeat the same answer. No accountability, no re evaluation, causes me concern for obvious reasons. Do they have to answer to anyone? I would be their biggest supporter if I felt the received a fair decision.

Hi sadgirl - welcome to!

Sadly there's nothing we can do to assist you in this matter.

Firstly, the quality of your internet connection would not be the responsibility of the gambling operator. Nor would the game you selected to play. And to be clear, the wrong game having opened would not force you to place wagers on that game.

Secondly, while we understand your frustration, where you play on a game that requires you to increase your wager on the outcome of the hand, you need to take into consideration the maximum allowed bet and what your total wager will be when selecting your Ante size. As things stand, if your Ante was $5, then you've been exceeding the maximum allowed bet be 3x when you Called.

Finally, even in more strongly regulated jurisdictions the responsibility for adhering to bonus terms and conditions lies with the player, not with the operator. Slotocash are weakly licensed and would not be expected to prevent you accessing specific games or exceeding the maximum bet term.

Sorry we could not be of further help.

In my opinion, one bet is one push of button...not adding many together...

One bet is one time.

I hope you haven't weakened my chances and let casino know you concur.

I won this money fair and square. And the game in question, I played for just a short time, maybe half of one percent of activity. I'm not a buffoon who would continue along the same path, then cry wolf. I just trusted they would act in good faith.

I question that at this point. And I am wondering if casino ever admits culpability or reverses a decision or a compromise.

Finally, I am sadly, and I do mean sadly and increasingly worried that you work for the casino or are aligned with. Or, if these sites from Curacao can be trusted. I'm just not sure.

Hi sadgirl,

You're entitled to your opinion in this respect, but the entire total bet for the round is risked on a single outcome. It is a single bet placed in stages.

No we have not contacted the operator as we do not view you to have a viable claim for us to make.

And finally - please think rationally before you make insinuations of corruption simply because you didn't get the answer you were hoping for. Look at the review we have of this operator. It both Blacklists this operator and provides no opportunity for any player to click through to the operator (i.e. no advertising referrals). No business is going to pay us to discourage players from engaging with them.

If you do not feel our service is trustworthy, there are alternative services that you can choose to engage with in future.
