I am writing to you on my husbands behalf... We have both tried getting answers regarding two different withdrawals and we have both gotten some very weak, and "standard answers".
On Sept 25th he requested a BankWire Withdrawal in the amt of $900.95. It was approved on Sept 30th. Since then, we have contacted them numerous times and have gotten nothing but excuses. Here is what we have been told; The bank put a hold on our account, but don't worry you will get paid? We have had a lot of winners, the bank will send? We are waiting for an update? and the excuses go on!
On Oct 4th he requested another Bank Wire Withdrawal in the amt of $600.00. It took them only 9 days to decide they needed updated copies of two of the cc's and the only way we found that out was my husband had been on with the representative asking about the other withdrawal... As soon as it was emailed, he was on with them to make sure they received it, and that it was legible, they said it was.. It is to date still showing as Payout Requested, and he has been told it has to be approved by management.. That's fine, but do they only work once a week?? They have had ample time to approve it or whatever they have to do.. Technically, it should be already at bank to be wired, according to their own timeline!!
He has heard nothing since, and nothing in the bank account to date. They are by far, pretty bad at paying out.
And just to note, have recently been fortunate enough to win at Intertops Casino, did withdrawal on 10/9 and received a check on 10/15... Slots Capital, did withdrawal on 10/14 and received a check on 10/27 !!! That's what I call excellent service, I never have to worry about whether I will receive funds...
