I have been trying to withdraw my winnings since it was won back in 2018 and have never received a cent. Only excuses and delays. I have screenshots of conversations from live chat as well as screenshots of the withdrawable amount. Please help me with this matter as it has caused me and my family extreme anxiety and stress. Spartan Slots have informed us that your winnings were generated from a No Deposit Bonus. As such they would be subject to the following term:

"2.1.9. Free bonus withdrawal limits

Maximum withdrawal amount from free bonus money are as follows:

(i). Basic maximum $100,

(ii). Silver maximum $100,

(iii). Gold maximum $200,

(iv). Platinum maximum $300,

(v). Titanium maximum $400,

(vi). Master maximum $500."

They also inform us that you have already been paid the maximum amount you were entitled to withdraw - $100.

If the above is accurate you are not entitled to any further payment.
