Player's Complaint

I played weekly offer deposit bonus on Spinia 03/03/2019 (150€realmoney 75€ bonusmoney). I played my wager through, and tried to withdrawal my funds (1285€). On that point, all seems to be ok, but couple days later, i tried to login, and I couldnt log in. My account was blocked. I went to livechat, and that chat tells me that i have 2 account (i dont have). Spinia doesnt give me any more details or any evidence. They just tell me that all my funds has taken and my account has blocked. I hope you can make something happen. I have some pictures where you can see my balance before and after. And emails i have had from them.

Spinia casino have provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate that multiple accounts have claimed bonuses from the same device which is prohibited by operator terms and conditions. As such we will take no further part in the representation of this player's claim.
