Spinia - Casino steals balance

Player's Complaint

Hello, I have an account at Spinia with a balance of € 145. They do not want to pay out. Up to 20 (!) times they blocked my withdrawal. Maybe they are angry that I won some money. It looks like it has become their mission in life to keep blocking my withdrawal. The only other reason I can invent for this bullying behaviour is that the support team is not happy. But sometimes customers win.

All the verification documents were uploaded and now the want a selfie with my drivers license in my hand. I have never experienced this kind of bullshit. They are so deep sunk in their own negativity that they have no common sense anymore to do the right thing and pay out. I will NOT provide a selfie. My picture is on my drivers license already.

Three weeks ago I made a withdrawal and no verification at all was made. So they clearly have double standard at this Casino. The idiocy reigns at Spinia.

Please talk some common sens into these people because they have lost that apparantly.
