The casino deleted my account because there was another account they say.

When they deleted my account there was still more than 1200€ On it. This money comes from my bankaccount.

The casino don’t want to pay me back the 1200€.

They have to pay me back 1200€ because I didn’t win it, I deposited it myself from my bankaccount

Its ridiculous that they just steal my money and find it very normal to do this.

They let me deposit all the time without a word and when I wanted to cashout they suddenly closed the account.

I want all my deposits back

Hi ardbeat,

I've discussed this issue with the operator. You have registered 3 different accounts under slightly modified information. On each you have deposited and claimed bonuses. This is a clear violation of terms and conditions that both state you can only have a single account and that you are only entitled to claim a bonus once. As such the operator are within their rights to consider the account you are contesting invalid and void all transactions that have occurred on it.

First let me deposit a lot of money and never say a thing about this. And i used the same name And adres. Only email was different. The money they took where not winnings or bonus money. It was pure deposit money.

Hi ardbeat,

It is interesting that you know specifically the information that has been changed between the account registrations. In your original complaint you stated "there was another account they say". The inclusion of "they say" is a very clear effort to cast doubt on the existence of any other account, yet you can now tell us EXACTLY what information you have changed that allowed you to re-register.

In other words, you know that the operator is correct that you have opened more than one account and you know that you have altered the information you registered with (had you used the same email address your additional account would have been automatically rejected).

The operator is not liable for losses you sustained while engaged in activities to try and claim promotional incentives that you were not entitled to. All we can suggest is that in future you ensure you abide by the terms and conditions you agree to a point of registration and not open more than one account.
