Player's Complaint

The day began good i won a bit and cashed out 300 euro, than Spinia canceled my withdrawal and without me knowing because i was busy playing and winning i played the canceled amount. After that the guy told me i need to verify (again) my other card i deposited with a few days ago. He told me that after that i could withdraw immediately. Well the next hours i won a lot and asked for a 4000 euro withdrawal. They ignored it while approving my document. I felt like my money was kept hostage, in the end. Now it's all gone.

It's kinda sad when online casino's do this.
