Hi ola2015 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

As we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.

You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

If you have any questions about the above, let me know.

Sadly there is nothing we can do to help you in this situation. Bonus restrictions apply to all wagers placed while you have an active bonus in your account regardless of whether the wager was placed with deposited funds or bonus money. Please see the below terms:

"1e. When playing with an active bonus, the real money is played first, followed by the bonus funds."

and

"1b. When the bonus is active, your bet can’t exceed 300 RUB / 5 EUR / 5 USD / 50 NOK / 6.5 CAD / 6.5 NZD / 20 PLN (unless stated otherwise for some special bonuses)."

If you have placed bets of over €5 before completing the wagering requirement for your bonus you have breached the bonus terms. As such the operator would be within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to starting positions.

Sorry we could not be of more help.
