As of the 8th of April waiting for my withdrawals to be approved. Status is ''still pending''. All documents uploaded and approved. Customerservice agents are chatbots, always exact same answers '' still under review'' etc. The used deposit and withdrawal method is Trustly and should be almost instant. Now almost a week has passed, no reaction nor did i receive my funds. Emails will not be replied or will be but with always the same sentences. Not reachable by phone, all in all bad customer service and still no money in my bank account. Anything ThePOGG can do to try get a reaction and get my withdrawal?
