We're currently awaiting feedback from the legal team at the UKGC regarding the management of cases where the operator has used suspected fraud as a justification for non-payment. Once we have received clear guidance from the UKGC we'll provide a response to this issue.

After a long conversation with the operator - there were some indicators that you may have been involved in the operation of multiple accounts, where the other accounts in question were conclusively in breach of terms and conditions - the SpinIt investigation has concluded that there's not enough evidence to assert that there has been a breach of terms in your case. As such SpinIt casino has determined that they will return your balance. 

My current understanding is that they will be contacting you later today to inform you of their decision.

I'm happy to see a positive result from this process for you and would appreciate it if you could inform us when you've managed to withdraw your funds successfully (i.e. they're actually in your account) so we can close this complaint.

While there were some indications this player may have been part of a fraud ring, it was agreed there were not enough to be conclusive.

I have made a total of three deposits at the casino making a withdrawal after the first and also winning big on the 3rd deposit. I successfully made 2 withdrawals from my most recent win but then was told my account was "involved in a collusive and fraud activity and therefore your account was closed and not legitimate winnings were removed." Spin It have failed to explain what this means and have refused to provide any further information so we are at a deadlock. I don't think it is clear what I have done wrong here, and I am not aware of any fraud on my account, so as far as I am aware I am still owed the remainder of my winnings. My account is fully verified which was required before I received my first withdrawal.
