Spinson - Account blocked and funds confiscated

Ruling

Found for the Casino - This player's depositing history has been abnormal and they have been unable to provide the required documentation to verify their account.

Player's Complaint

Hello,

On 19.12 (almost 3 months ago) Spinson Casino asked me for verification documents which I've sent to them. 2 days later they sent me an email asking for more, what has been forwarded to them by me as well. Since then they've been stalling with the reply and telling me that an investigation is ongoing, then finally at 8th of March they've messaged me telling me that since the Paysafecards I've used have been "labeled as stolen" (I don't even know what it's supposed to mean) my account has been blocked and funds confiscated.

I'm looking forward to solving this issue with the help of ThePogg team as the accussations coming from the casino are completely unfounded.

Hi gamexyz963 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Before we go any further I would suggest that it is likely that the operator has contacted Paysafecard who have informed them that this card has been registered as stolen. If that's the case you would need to contact Paysafecard to resolve the issue and this is not something we could help with.

I'll contact Spinson and see what we can find out.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi gamexyz963,

I've spoken with EveryMatrix regarding this issue and the problem does indeed reside with PaySafeCard.

Given the flags that have been raised the operator are only prepared to pay to PaySafeCard and before they'll do that you need to go back to PaySafeCard and complete their verification procedures. If you let us know when you've done that I'll follow-up with the operator.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hello, what is meant by 'verification procedures'? That I have to open a myPaysafecard account, verify it and then they'll pay me there?

Hi gamexyz963,

It means you will have to have a verified account with PaySafeCard which Spinson can send your funds to.

Thanks,

As expected Spinson casino did not solve the issue and told me to contact [email protected] regarding this.

Since you've told me you've already spoken with EveryMatrix, please confirm that it's what I should do now.

Hi gamexyz963,

Having reviewed your email to EveryMatrix you have failed to include the last requested piece of information. You need to go back and review whatever records you have for Neteller and PaySafeCard and provide the information you can locate regarding the deposits and withdrawals you have made to Spinson.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hello,

I'm afraid it's close to impossible for me to check the exact dates since the account is closed now and I have no reference for it.

Hi gamexyz963,

Then I'm afraid you're at a dead end. This is a legitimate security measure given the concerns that have been raised about your activity.

I would suggest you contact Neteller and make effort to obtain these records. As this is personal information a Subject Access Request could be used if necessary.

Thanks,

I believe I've managed to find the Neteller receipt, here it is:

I can see the case is now marked as found for the casino, why is that? You have not given me any deadline and I have been really busy with school because of the beginning of the year, so I allowed myself to hold on a little bit when I didn't see one in the email notification. I'm asking you to reopen the complaint.

You have been very communicative about such things before so this accident really surprises me.
