Player's Complaint
Signed up this site not realising who they were same email address used on every site I'm banned across the network of aspire . They let me play and deposit . Lieing saying details were different I spelt one letter wrong in my last name in which I sent them documents instantly on signup was told its ok. They let me play knowing if I won they confiscate all funds . I should not been allowed to deposit . Thermal address dob and address exactly same on all sites

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.
