Player's Complaint

Hi last year I won on the casino £34000. There was £100 real money £100 bonus. I have all the betting history and there is clearly showed how wagering requirements was reached and bonus money turned into real cash. When I made an withdrawal they refused it for pay out saying that I breached their t&c. Cant understand how casino can have a t&c and specially let customers breach them. Can you please help me to get my winnings back from them

they sai that I breach their t&c by over betting £5. I cant understand how casino can have high bet limit but letting customer overbet specialy. Yes I did bet higher than £5 but if they had cap on £5 how they let me bet more than that

I have whole betting history there is all my bets in writing. they accepted all my bets and transferred bonus money to real money when wagering was reached. than they decided that I breached t&c and taked my winnings away. And that's when I made an withdrawal

Hi egidijusp31,

In that case I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to help you. When you accept a bonus you are agreeing to the terms and conditions associated with that bonus. When you agree to those terms and then violate them you void the contract and the operator are within their rights to reset both parties to pre-contract conditions.

At the present time no regulator required operators to enforce maximum bet rules automatically as this provides a host of difficulties wherein the operator's back end systems have to integrate with each different software provider. This is extremely technically challenging.

They accepted your bets, but you accepted the terms of the bonus and then did not adhere to them.
