Player's Complaint

I won a jackpot on one of the machines and when my winnings were R10 000, i requested a payout and was informed they need certain documents to certify my bank account which i have send the and more or less after waiting for my payout to be finilised i decided to do a deposit to continue play as i did not want my payout to be influenced and when i did the deposit the system reconised i had a pending withdrawl and asked if i would rather cancel the withdraw to play or continue with the deposit, which i did, i then took the friday bonus which was promised when you have made a deposit during that week,which i have done and felt i was entitled to that because that was the only ruling to that bonus as one could not qualify for any other deposit bonusses if you have a positive balance and the system dont allow that

I then by mistake played 40 cents into my R10 000 and i decided to do another deposit to get my payout back to R10 000, which i have done and i played all the winnings until i was back at my R10000, and then my account was verified, and when i did my payment withdrawl, i received a email telling me this was declined due to the fact i got bonuses

This is total crap because the only bonus i got was the friday bonus

I feel my withdrawl request that was done was reconised by the system since 21 of august 2020 and that amount never change instead of the 40 cents and i am entitle to my payout, and if they wanted the R850 friday bonus, they could deduct that but the rest is my winnings and i am entitle to that and need your help to get that please
