Player's Complaint
Hello,
Signed up with this casino around 7/2022. They let me signup, deposit, verified my account, and wager but after a few months of building up a profit and attempting to make my first withdrawal they flagged my account & closed it. I received an e-mail which i can forward but it states that they flagged/closed my account and they will allow me to withdraw my deposit but they will be retaining my profit.
I have deposited $1,250 into their book and tallied a balance of $4,666. They closed my account before i could even get my deposit back let alone the rest of my money and ever since have not responded back to any of my e-mails. I have filed an official complaint with their gaming commission but communication has been lacking there as well. They owe me almost 5k and i really need some help here if possible.

Please quote the full communication you received from the operator justifying their decision not to pay.
When you say you contacted the "gaming commission", exactly who have you contacted?
