Player's Complaint


Signed up with this casino around 7/2022. They let me signup, deposit, verified my account, and wager but after a few months of building up a profit and attempting to make my first withdrawal they flagged my account & closed it. I received an e-mail which i can forward but it states that they flagged/closed my account and they will allow me to withdraw my deposit but they will be retaining my profit.

I have deposited $1,250 into their book and tallied a balance of $4,666. They closed my account before i could even get my deposit back let alone the rest of my money and ever since have not responded back to any of my e-mails. I have filed an official complaint with their gaming commission but communication has been lacking there as well. They owe me almost 5k and i really need some help here if possible.

When you say you contacted the "gaming commission", exactly who have you contacted?

This is all the communication i received from them, after this they ghosted me.

As far as my complaint with the gaming commission it was sent here:

They also responded that they received my complaint however i am having issues getting them to respond back.

SupraBets E-mail I received:

Dear player,

Your account has been flagged in our database by the Department of Risk and Fraud Prevention due to suspicious activity.

It violeated our terms and conditions, Section 11.5. of our general terms and conditions.

We invite all players to gamble in a recreational environment with fair conduct so that all customers can enjoy our services.

According to our terms We are entitled to void your winnings and retain your balance, but instead we will refund your deposit and close your account.

Please make a withdrawal of your balance that now is your deposit amount.

Hi Playamaka,

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
