Hi,

I deposited on my friends card, I played without any problems on 400nl poker tables for 6 weeks now I try to withdraw 14k winnings and they won’t pay out I have sent them statements etc. they made 10k rake out of this and had no issue accepting the deposit. I am now suffering with severt mental health issues due to this. I hope someone can help me.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist you in this matter. The Unibet terms of use, which you agreed to at point of registration, include the following term:

"10.3 When using a debit card or online payment service, You must make sure that the name on the card or payment service is the same as the name used for Your Account. We are entitled to assume that You are using Your own funds and we accept no liability where that is not the case. We reserve the right to void any bets and withhold any winnings placed with third party funds."

If you've deposited using someone else's payment method the operator are within their right to consider all play void.
