I had a400.00 balance. I closed out of game took a phone call went back to play and my balance was 31 cent. I hit chat asking where my funds were And she said it was a technical issue with the coupon but I'd been playing 3 hrs it was the coupon and all she could do is offer me a 100 free spins. Well that's what I started with 13.00 off of 100 spins and I got lucky. And I was at or about to the bet level to cash out.i asked for 350.00 on chat but if accuracy it was 400 or over.
