On December 19th, I worked my balance up to $220 after playthrough of a bonus. The terms and conditions of the bonus allow me to cash out $220 yes. On the 19th of February I applied for my withdrawal. I was told to fill out paperwork and submit it as well as copies of my ID and credit card, which I did almost immediately. The paperwork was accepted on the 20th of February. It is now the 14th of March, which is passed the 18 business day mark. I have spoken to customer service less than 6 emails which have all been unanswered. I could use some help disputing this. Thank you

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Vegas Amped about this issue we've receive no response what-so-ever.
Unfortunately Vegas Amped do not provide any license information so we cannot even direct you on to their regulator.
