I've gone over this issue in detail with Video Slots and here's the chain of events:

- One individual, also acting as an affiliate of Video Slots, signed up as a player. This player Self-Excluded on their own account.

- A second individual signed up as a player via the first individual's affiliate links and played.

- The affiliate then played on this second player's account. This contravenes the following terms:

Player terms:

<blockquote style="border: 2px solid #666;padding: 10px;background-color: #ccc">"1.1 For a person to be registered as a player, that person must submit an application for registration. The application will, at least, require the following details about the player:

first and last name
address
mobile number
valid email address
to be at least 18 years of age
A person applying for registration warrants and represents that any information provided by it in its application form is true and correct. Videoslots will not register the person and, where that person has already been registered, Videoslots will cancel that individual's registration as a player if it becomes aware that person has provided false information when registering as a player. Only one account per player is allowed. Should you attempt to open more than one account, under your own name or under any other name, or should you attempt to use the Services by means of any other person's account, we will be entitled to immediately close all your accounts, retain all monies in such accounts and bar you from future use of the Services."</blockquote>

shall not earn Commission on the Net Win on Your own Customer Account nor on the Customer Account/s of Your employees or family members.
If You or any of Your associated employees sign up as a Customer at Videoslots.com. We shall have the right to terminate this Agreement.

It is forbidden to offer cashback to your players. Videoslots affiliate program will not honor any commissions for any registrations or depositors that are generated by cashback or incentivized traffic.</blockquote>

While it cannot be stipulated with absolute certainty what the relationship between the affiliate and the owner of the second player account is, it's highly unlikely that there was no form of incentive being offered to allow the affiliate to use the second player account. 

The following violations have occurred: 

- The affiliate has violated affiliate terms by using an account that is signed up through their own links and which they are earning commission on.

- The affiliate has circumvented their own Self-Exclusion by accessing the gambling services via an account in someone else's name.

- The second player has violated several account terms by allowing someone other than themselves to access their account.

This would be mitigated at least partially had you received direct permission from the operator to share an account in this manner, though no operator would agree to this if they realised that any of the individuals "sharing" the account had themselves Self-Excluded. However, no permission was given in this instance. 

At the time of the Live Chat conversation that you provided the account in question was locked. While the Live Chat operator did not make a fuss about someone other than the named account holder contacting on Live Chat, they did flag this up with the security team. From this point on the account remained closed and no further activity was allowed to occur on the account. As Video Slots prevented any further activity from occurring as soon as they were aware that someone other than the account holder was operating the account, this does not constitute acceptance of the breach of terms on their part.

In short, there's nothing we can do to help you here. Both the first player/affiliate and the second player account are in violation of numerous terms and conditions and Video Slots are within their rights to ensure that both accounts remain closed and void any winnings associated with the violating activity.

All we can do is advise you that in future you should never play on an account in any name other than your own, you should never look to play with an operator that you have Self-Excluded with and no affiliate should be encouraging anyone they know to sign-up via their links, especially not if there is any sort of financial relationship between them. These activities are highly likely to result in significant problems when the operator becomes aware of them.

Sorry we could not be more more help in this instance.

These players have breached several terms at Video Slots casino. As such the operator are within their rights to withhold payment.

I just had a really unpleasant story with videoslots. They closed my account and confiscated about $25,000 of winnings, all of this without even bothering themselves with notifying me via email, yes, you heard it, videoslots closed account without notifying owner of it.

 As I found out this from my friend later, this was done on grounds that I was multi-accounting. My account is fully verified by videoslots by the way and my Skrill account which I used for deposits also fully verified and has many years of transactions. I didn’t use any bonuses on videoslots, ever! Because this is what most people accused in multi-accounting do.
 
 My account was used by me and my friend and videoslots management was very well aware of this before and was okay with this! My friend is a Russian high-roller, casino blogger, casino owner and one of the biggest affiliates in Russia, he also likes to stream, which we occasionally do together and I have a lot of proofs of this. Here, for example, we are streaming at RedStar casino together [EDIT]. We been streaming together for years now I must say.
 
 So on November of 12 he asked me to create an account at videoslots so that we could start streaming there. Naturally I went to his blog about casinos (which is by the way top 1 affiliate website in Russia) to find about videoslots there. I know that his blog always has the most recent “mirrors” of websites, since Russian internet providers always ban casino websites lol. So anyways, I went there for a “mirror” and soon enough made account at videoslots.
 
 The main problem here, as I already stated, is that videoslots management was very aware of me and my friend playing together on one account, as we contacted them previously and they had no problem that my account was being used by us, and I provide this chat log below with videoslots vip manager as a proof, it’s my friend speaking there:

 So, as you see, it seems like videoslots vip manager had no problem at all with this, they even made a cashout for me the previous to this story day, all the while knowing this. I guess the win wasn’t significant enough and they didn’t bother themselves with it, as it was a good hype for casino, a high-roller stream.  After next session, however, they didn’t allow me to cashout winnings as my friend had a huge winning session by the end of which he had $60,000 on his balance (during the stream the number even reached $90,000). You can see proof of these winnings in two following videos:

 As I see it, videoslots applying their double standards on me, as I know for a fact, that some other twitch streamers partnered with videoslots using same account to stream there too, I just don’t want to call the names here.
 
 So here it is, they banned an old account of my friend too, which had tens of thousands of lost deposits, why don’t they return those money too if they think what they just did is righteous? Or it’s all good while you losing and suddenly became strongly prohibited once you win big? Is that right?
 
 The main point I’m trying to make here, is that videoslots management was well aware of that me and my friend were using same account for streaming, they let us depositing and playing while there were no big wins, once we won substantial sum, they confiscated all winnings.
